5-axis cycle reduction
Tier-2 aerospace bracket
Customer routed a 7075-T6 structural bracket as a 3-op 3-axis job. We re-fixtured it as a single-setup 5-axis cycle on the UMC-500SS. Tolerance held tighter, scrap dropped, lead time shortened.
5-Axis · Swiss · Lathe · 3-Axis. Aerospace, medical, defense, and FAA-PMA aircraft parts — from prototype to production runs, out the door with FAI documentation.

Capabilities
Every machine on the floor is here for a reason: complex geometry to 5-axis, larger plates to the VF-4SS, small-diameter Swiss for medical and connector work, and shafts and fittings to the ST-10.
Haas UMC-500SS. Complex geometry in a single setup — structural aerospace, turbine housings, medical implants.
Haas VF-4SS with 4th axis. Plates, manifolds, fixtures, production runs — repeatable across lots.
Haas ST-10 turning center. Shafts, bushings, fittings, fasteners. Bar-fed for production.
Sliding-headstock turning for surgical instruments, implants, fasteners, and connector pins.
Sub-thou flatness, true position to a tenth, surface finish that looks measured. We document every callout.
Zeiss Contura CMM, Keyence IM, Mitutoyo PH-3500, surface finish. FAI + traceability on every job.

5-axis cycle reduction
Customer routed a 7075-T6 structural bracket as a 3-op 3-axis job. We re-fixtured it as a single-setup 5-axis cycle on the UMC-500SS. Tolerance held tighter, scrap dropped, lead time shortened.
Swiss high-volume
Customer needed a 5,000-piece release of a Ti-6Al-4V ELI bone screw with sub-thou concentricity at the head. Swiss-type sliding-headstock with guide bushing handled the L:D ratio without deflection.
Reverse engineering
MRO presented a discontinued OEM bushing in 17-4 PH with worn surfaces. We reverse-engineered the part on the Zeiss Contura, built CAM for production on the ST-10, and shipped the FAI package against a customer-held PMA.
How it works
No callbacks for missing info, no week-long quote silence, no “we'll get back to you.” Real engineers, real timelines.
STEP, IGES, PDF, or ZIP. Tell us material, qty, and tolerance. NDA before review on request.
Our engineers flag costly features and propose tolerance / finish swaps before you commit.
Firm pricing, lead time, material certs — not a callback request. Includes the doc package.
FAI report, CMM data, and material traceability ship with every order. On time, on spec.
Cost-out partnership
Send your current print. We'll return a DFM markup with feature consolidation, tolerance review, and material substitutions — typically 8–22% savings without redrawing.
Buyer FAQ
Day-to-day production work runs ±0.001″. On critical features we routinely hold ±0.0002″ with CMM-verified inspection. Send the print — we'll tell you which features will require Swiss, grinding, or a tighter inspection plan.
Yes. We are ITAR registered with the U.S. State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. We accept controlled drawings and run defense work for prime and Tier-1/2 suppliers. DDTC registration number provided on RFQ.
Certification is in active progress — Stage 1 audit scheduled. Our QMS is built to AS9100D / ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 process requirements today: controlled documents, validated processes, FAI, calibration tracking, traceability. Ask for our quality manual on RFQ. Our Quality page publishes the full certification roadmap.
RFQ response in 24 business hours. Prototype lead time 5–10 days for most aluminum / stainless work; 2–4 weeks for production runs. Rush available.
Yes. Blanket POs lock in pricing and lead time across releases. Most of our medical and aerospace work runs on a forecasted release model.
First Article Inspection (AS9102 format on request), CMM dimensional report, material certificate of conformance, and finishing sub-tier certs. PPAP supported on automotive / industrial.
