Ramsey, Minnesota · Production Machine ShopProcut-CNC is a Ramsey, Minnesota precision machine shop. We run our own equipment, employ our own machinists, write our own CAM, and ship parts with our own QA documentation. When you call, you talk to the people who'll cut the chips.
What we do
5-axis, 3-axis, Swiss, and lathe machining. We run prototypes, blanket-PO production releases, and FAA-PMA replacement parts. Materials run from aerospace aluminum and titanium to implant-grade Custom 465 and high-temp Inconel.
We don't compete on the cheapest price for buckets of consumer parts. We compete on parts where a wrong dimension takes an aircraft out of service or sends an implant back to the surgical team. The fewer mistakes you can afford, the better fit we are.
Where we are
6451 McKinley Street Northwest, Ramsey, MN 55303. Twenty miles north of downtown Minneapolis, ten minutes off I-35W. Walk-in shop tours welcome by appointment.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Central. After-hours and weekend production runs supported on forecast.

An engineer reviews every RFQ. If a part will be expensive, we tell you why — and offer a DFM markup before you commit.
Firm pricing, lead time, and material certs. Not a "we'll get back to you next week" callback.
Lights-out CNC operation, in-machine probing, and CMM-verified FAI keep the shop running on time, on spec.
Our equipment
For grinding, anodizing, plating, heat treat, NDT, and PMI we partner with vetted Twin Cities sub-tier shops. Their certs flow to your shipment so you have a single supplier of record — us.
