Medical FAQ

What medical device buyers ask

Are you ISO 13485 certified?

Certification is in progress. We currently operate to a 13485-aligned quality system: controlled documents, validated processes, FAI, lot traceability, and DHF/DMR-friendly documentation. Ask for our quality manual on RFQ. See our certification roadmap →

Do you machine to surgical surface finishes?

Yes — down to Ra 8 µin where required. For implant-contact surfaces we coordinate with sub-tier electropolishing or vapor-blasting partners.

Can you handle DHF / DMR documentation?

Yes. We support buyer-controlled drawing revisions, lot traceability, and document-control workflows your QA team can audit.

What's typical lead time on Swiss medical work?

Prototype: 5–10 business days. Production: 2–4 weeks. Forecasted-release pricing available for ongoing programs.
