Capabilities

Built for tight prints — not consumer parts.

Every machine on the floor is here for a reason: complex geometry to 5-axis, larger plates to the VF-4SS, small-diameter Swiss for medical and connector work, and shafts and fittings to the ST-10.

5-axis structural work

Multi-face 7075 bracket

A strong fit when compound angles, cross-face true position, or thin walls make repeated 3-axis setups expensive or risky. The UMC-500SS can consolidate access while the Zeiss CMM verifies feature relationships.

Small-diameter titanium component

A strong fit for long, slender features, live-tool cross holes, or concentric relationships that benefit from guide-bushing support. Inspection planning can combine optical measurement and CMM verification.

How it works

From print to part — without surprises.

Complete commercial and technical context reduces clarification. A real engineer reviews process fit, documentation, capacity, and schedule before the quote is released.

01

Upload a print

STEP, IGES, PDF, or ZIP. Tell us material, qty, and tolerance. NDA before review on request.

02

DFM review (free)

Our engineers flag costly features and propose tolerance / finish swaps before you commit.

03

Engineering review

We target a firm response within one business day for complete packages, with the quoted lead time and documentation scope stated clearly.

04

Run, inspect, ship

FAI reports, CMM data, and material traceability are delivered to drawing, quality-plan, and PO requirements.

Engineering & procurement resources

Need cost out of an existing part?

Send your current print. We'll review feature consolidation, tolerance strategy, setup count, material, and finish choices to identify avoidable cost before the PO.

Buyer FAQ

What buyers ask before sending an RFQ.

What tolerances can you actually hold?

General production tolerances depend on geometry, material, setup, and inspection method. Critical features can be quoted to ±0.0002″ when the drawing and process review support it; capability is confirmed feature by feature, not as a blanket promise.

Are you ITAR registered? Can you handle controlled technical data?

Yes. We are ITAR registered with the U.S. State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Mark the RFQ as ITAR and submit only contact, quantity, program type, and delivery timing; do not enter controlled technical data. We will provide approved secure-transfer instructions before technical review. DDTC registration details are provided during qualified supplier review.

Are you AS9100 / ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 certified?

Certification is in active progress — Stage 1 audit planned. Our QMS is built to AS9100D / ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 process requirements today: controlled documents, validated processes, FAI, calibration tracking, traceability. Ask for our quality manual on RFQ. Our Quality page publishes the full certification roadmap.

What's typical lead time?

We target an engineering-reviewed response within one business day for complete RFQ packages. Manufacturing lead time is quoted after drawing, material, outside-process, inspection, and capacity review.

Do you accept blanket POs and forecasted releases?

Forecasts and blanket POs can be evaluated for repeat-production programs. Pricing, release quantities, material commitments, and lead-time assumptions are stated in the quote rather than promised as a blanket rule.

What documentation ships with a part?

Documentation is supplied to the drawing, quality plan, PO, and quoted scope. Available options include AS9102-format FAI, CMM dimensional reports, material certificates, finishing sub-tier certificates, and PPAP packages.
