Procut-CNC (“Procut-CNC,” “we,” or “us”) operates www.procut-cnc.com. This page describes what information we collect when you use the website, RFQ form, or customer portal — and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Form submissions. When you submit an RFQ, contact form, or portal-access request we collect: your name, work email, phone number (optional), company, role, industry, and any details, drawings, or files you choose to send.
- Drawings & files. Ordinary RFQ files uploaded through the general form are encrypted in transit and placed in private object storage. The form sends our quoting team an unlisted download link that stops working 30 days after upload. Files may be retained after link expiration as needed to evaluate the request, support the resulting job, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure site performance and ad effectiveness. These tools may use cookies and may collect: pages visited, referrer URL, approximate geographic region, device and browser type, phone-button interactions, whether an RFQ form was started, anonymous required-field completion bands, submission status, and abandonment. RFQ funnel events do not include names, email addresses, companies, field values, filenames, dates, drawings, or technical details.
- Marketing parameters. URL parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, and msclkid are recorded against your form submission so we can attribute leads to their source.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user-agent) for security and operational purposes.
How we use your information
- To respond to your RFQ, contact request, or customer-support request.
- To provide a quote, lead time, and material-cert plan.
- To deliver and document the resulting work (FAI reports, traceability, shipment records).
- To communicate about active and prior quotes, orders, and account matters.
- To measure and improve the website, marketing, and customer experience.
- To meet our legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations — including ITAR, DFARS, and export-control requirements where applicable.
Drawings, ITAR, and confidentiality
We treat customer drawings and technical data as confidential. We do not share, publish, or use your prints for any purpose other than evaluating, quoting, and producing the parts you have requested. Do not upload ITAR- or export-controlled technical data through the general RFQ form. Mark the project as ITAR and submit without controlled files; we will reply with approved secure-transfer instructions. Within our controlled-data process, access is restricted to authorized U.S. persons and tracked at the document level. We will sign an NDA or TAA before reviewing drawings on request.
Sharing of information
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We may share submission details with vetted sub-tier suppliers (heat treat, plating, NDT, calibration, etc.) where that processing is required to complete your order. Sub-tier suppliers receive the minimum data necessary to perform the work.
- We use Formspree as our form delivery service; form details and secure file-download links pass through Formspree on the way to our inbox. Uploaded file contents are stored separately and are not attached to the Formspree message.
- We may disclose information when legally required, including to comply with export-control laws, court orders, or government investigations.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager to enable analytics and conversion measurement. You can opt out at the browser level (private browsing, cookie blocking, or browser-level Do Not Track) or via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention
We retain RFQ and order data for as long as needed to operate the business and meet our obligations to customers and regulators — typically a minimum of seven years for active program records and aerospace/medical/defense traceability.
Your choices
- Access & correction: Email [email protected] to request access to or correction of your information.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your contact data, subject to retention obligations for active programs and regulatory records.
- Marketing email: Any marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Children
The Procut-CNC website and services are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (TLS) and at rest. No transmission over the internet is fully secure; if you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will revise the “last updated” date at the top when we do.
