FAQ

Common medical questions

Are you ISO 13485 certified?

Certification in active progress. We currently operate to a 13485-aligned QMS with controlled documents, validated processes, FAI, lot traceability, and DHF/DMR-friendly documentation. Ask for the manual on RFQ.

Surgical surface finishes?

Yes — down to Ra 8 µin where required. For implant-contact surfaces we coordinate with sub-tier electropolishing or vapor-blasting partners.

Volume capacity?

Share the release quantity, annual usage, and forecast. Engineering confirms process fit and available capacity after drawing review, with forecast or blanket-PO pricing considered for repeat programs.
